This tool reads a FASTA file or manually entered sequence, generates fragments of the sequence into overlapping fragments of a specified length and overlap for helping to design gBlocks to order. Optionally, it adjusts each overlap to achieve user-specified GC%, avoid long repeats, and outputs the fragments in FASTA format.
